Standard Delivery
Delivery (for dry good, equipment and supplies) is calculated on weight based shipping. We have now expanded your delivery options to include 1st class delivery with Royal Mail, standard 2-4 working day delivery with Hermes, or collection in person from Phelsuma Farm.
Deliveries can be made nationwide (United Kingdom mainland). Orders placed before 4pm Monday-Friday are typically dispatched for delivery the following day. With regret, weekend delivery cannot be specified under our courier’s terms. We reserve the right to postpone dispatch or delivery (e.g. in the event of adverse weather conditions); in this event customers will be notified by email.
Livestock Delivery
Licensed Animal Courier
Livestock orders will require a licensed animal courier to transport the animal(s) to your home.
Phelsuma Farm can arrange the animal courier, in which case we will normally use Cold Blooded Movements (www.facebook.com/coldbloodedmovements/) who have delivered a fantastic service to many Phelsuma Farm customers.
Licensed animal courier prices: prices are £40 England and Wales (as far north as Newcastle), £60 up to Glasgow/Edinburgh area of Scotland, and quote for a price for delivery north of Glasgow/Edinburgh.
The courier price is for one delivery, not per animal, so the delivery cost is more cost effective if you are purchasing multiple animals from Phelsuma Farm. There are courier runs each month. Once the courier fee is paid the booking can be confirmed. Your delivery day and 2 hour time slot will be sent to you 5-7 days before the start of the run. You will need to be available to receive the delivery.
Local Delivery
If your delivery address is within a 40 mile radius of Phelsuma Farm then the Local Delivery option will be the most cost effective and flexible option. Delivery will need to be paid in advance.
Local Delivery locations would cover all of Somerset and extend to Bristol, Bath, Exeter, and a 40 mile radius from Phelsuma Farm.

Exports
We do not currently export livestock outside of the UK. Although it is sometimes possible to send livestock to the Terraristika Hamm show by courier, if safe collection and transportation can be made from there to their destination.

It is now possible to collect livestock purchases from Phelsuma Farm. Contact us to make arrangements.
